IKTINOS HELLAS S.A. complies with the provisions of Law 3471/2006 regarding the protection of personal data and privacy in electronic communications, Law 2472/1997, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000, and Article 8 of Law 2819/2000 (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC), and solely for security purposes, lawfully maintains a publicly declared archive containing non-sensitive users’ personal data, which are lawfully processed in accordance with Notification No. 58433 /07.11.2007 submitted to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

The data being processed are communicated to IKTINOS HELLAS S.A. by users through the website and within the framework of the services provided through it, including name, address, telephone contact details, email address, and IP address.

The management and protection of the personal data of visitors/users of the services of IKTINOS HELLAS S.A. are subject to the terms of this article and the relevant provisions of Law 2472/1997 regarding the protection of individuals and personal data protection, where applicable.

IKTINOS HELLAS S.A., in accordance with Article 10 of Law 2472/1997 and Directive 1/2005 of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, implements appropriate organizational and technical measures for data security and protection against accidental or unauthorized destruction, accidental loss, alteration, prohibited dissemination or access, and any other form of unlawful processing after the period required to achieve the purpose of processing or, more generally, the retention period of personal data, in accordance with Article 4§1d of Law 2472/1997.

The Courts of Athens, Greece, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the implementation of this agreement.
